Screws are on top, not bottom
by: AJ

Don't unscrew the 4 screws on the bottom of the motor. They hold the motor together. Insert a small diameter, long phillips screwdriver in each of the 2 holes on the top of the jet assembly and unscrew the 2 screws that hold the motor to it. Then remove all the screws in the jet assembly and then remove the 2 halves. Note the orientation of the stainless tab that presses on the plastic "flip-flop" that changes the direction of the water jet. To assemble, reverse the procedure. Beware of the 4 tabs on the jet assembly. They are not meant to be moved too much or too often. If they break off, use silicone *glue* (not sealant) on the jet assembly where it meets the housing. If the jet assembly is not properly sealed against the housing, the pump will pull water in from there instead of through the filter bag.
