Aquabot spins in circles

My aquabot T4 just sits and spins. remote does nothing to help. motors are spinning in opposite directions. It lunges forward about 2-3 inches then stops and spins in circles. Repair shop wants over $500 just to look at it (before they fix anything). Please help!!! Click here to read or post comments.
