Aquabot Turbo T2 Power supply

by Don Fournier
(Scottsdale Arizona)

I was gifted an aquabot turbo T2 its missing the power supply. it looks like I could just use a 110 - 35 volt 5 Amp transformer to power the bot. Do you see any problems with that? I'd put it in a nice case and use a simple mechanical timer to turn it off an on.

ANSWER: Power output Sounds about right, however it must be grounded properly. I think the safety issue alone is worth the $187 at http://www.aquadist.com/catalog.htm?Vl=8&Tp=2.

If the machine was gifted, spend the money and get an authentic Aqua Products transformer
