Aquabot Turbo T4RC

Just placed Aquabot Turbo T4RC in pool, everything is working 'EXCEPT IT CIRCLES ONLY!!!' The pool if FULL of fishing worms from heavy rains & need to remove ASAP! I'm sure a small mechanical problem...we love the Aquabot. PLEASE HELP!
