Bearings for pump motor

I need a new bearing for my Dolphin Diagnostic pump motor. I have found the bearing for the 'output' end of the motor (near the pump thingy), by reading the bearing number from the old bearing.

However, the bearing on the end with the electrical connections is damaged such that I cannot read the numbers. This bearing is about 3/4 inches in diameter outside, about 1/4 inch inside, and about 1/4 inch thick.

Does anyone know the part number of this bearing? It should be on the side of the bearing, and include "6Rs" maybe.
