commander aquabot will not move

once in pool nothing happens, I hear a sound from the power supply. I was told there it may need a fuse or there should be a reset button on the power supply. Can you tell me where these are located on the power supply box? the outlet is a grounded standard for pool equip 220 volts, is this acceptable<
