Dolphin Deluxe 4 pool cleaner gets stuck on the pool drain

I have a Dolphin Deluxe 4 pool cleaner that gets stuck on the pool drain, I shut the drain off, and it still gets hung up on the drain. Is there a part I can add to my pool cleaner?

Personally as much as we paid for our dolphin I think that we should receive the part for free. Love the dolphin but tired of pulling it off the drain.

I called this company up today that repairs Dolphins pool cleaners, he asked for the serial number and my cleaner still had three weeks of warranty on it. He called them up and they do make a part for the Dolphin Deluxe 4 and will be shipping it out for free.
