Dolphin Deluxe Power Supply Not Working

Had an electrical storm the other night that, among other things, seems to have rendered my Dolphin Power Supply useless. It is a Deluxe 4, so it appears the box is sealed with no way to get to the internals. The warranty is up anyway, and I'd like to see what th issue may be. Any ideas on how to crack it open? Or suggestions on what may be wrong?
