Dolphin Diagnostic Pumps Water, Won't Move

My Dolphin Diagnostic stopped moving, though the water is still pumping out. I took it out of the pool and turned it on its back to perform the diagnostic test. When the switch was turned on, the treads moved sightly forward and back as if trying but would not go more than 1/4 inch in each direction. They move freely by hand. Any suggestions?

Dolphin started running for 10 seconds went up wall stopped won't move

My pool cleaner come on then it moves to the front tfor about a minute or so then it reverse it self and goes backwards for a minute or so the it just stops movin , what do you think it could be ? I have taken it about and some of the wheel bearings were gone , what do u think it could be

Thanks for the tip. After getting the side cover off my Dolphin Diagnostic, I found that the hexagon adapter that connects the motor to the drive pulley was fractured where it connects to the motor. I ordered a new one for $20.50 from Inyopools.com. Thanks again.

You must remove the sideplate to check for obstructions between the tread and drive gear. If this does not fix, then it's off to a service center for a new motor.
