Shorting wire

Hi, First you must determine if the problem is the robot or power supply.

Power up power supply with robot UNPLUGGED.

If fuse blows then problem is in the power supply and the components, fuse holder, on/off switch, outlet, will need to be checked with a continuity test.

If the fuse only burns when the robot is plugged in then I would concentrate on the cable by unplugging the cable from the robot. With cable unplugged (instructions on site) check either continuity or check if the cable causes the fuse to burn when plugged into the power supply.
