Dolphin Interactive Diagnostic

My Dolphin Interactive Diagnostic pool cleaner works for about ten seconds (it seems to move slower than normal), then it stops moving and the pump continues to work for another 4-5 seconds and then everything stops. If I unplug the transformer from the wall and wait 30 seconds and plug it in again, the robot will start again, but will again quit after 10 seconds. Any ideas?
