Dolphin Keeps Stopping

I am having a battle with mine - it simply keeps on stopping, I have checked it thoroughly, there's nothing impeding the tracks or rollers - switching it off and back on again works and it works on 'remote control' but standing there doing that sort of defeats the object. I am in rural France with no hope of anyone qualified to look at it in the area. Can anyone help? |
