Dolphin Not Running

I have a dolphin diagnostic pool cleaner and it stopped running. I took it to Leslie pools where I purchased it and they checked it out and said that the cable/cord did not have a green light and said we would need to get a new cable/cord and that you were the only ones licensed to fix it. What do we do now? Where do we send this and how do we send it? Is there anyone here in Cincinnati, Ohio that can fix it. |
