Dolphin Pool Cleaner Motor problem:

Dolphin Pool Cleaner Motor drive turns for 2 seconds, pump (impeller) shaft turns 2 revolutions and stops. I have the motor housing and will open if I can buy the pump motor. Any suggestions? Ben bt@btrimble.com

ADMIN NOTE: Check the power supply for power when the machine stops. No replacement parts are available for the motor and housing.
