Dolphin premier power supply not working

Brand new Dolphin Premier, plugged in and it tripped breaker. Reset breaker, it worked for an hour, then stopped. Plug was still working, but power supply was off, tried unplugging. Using different plug etc.. No luck. Co.sending me a new power supply, but I'm skeptical if this is a bad product given it was brand new.
