Dolphin Premier will not go to top of water line

Hello, I have been looking for a trouble shooting on why my Dolphin Premier is not going to the top of the water line but cannot find any. can you tell me what I should do to get the robot to climb all the way to the top of the water line. We just opened the pool yesterday and the pollen is so bad we have a green/yellow line at the top of the water. we have brushed it off but still the robot does not go to the top of the water line. It gets almost there then falls off the wall. Please tell me what I need to do to get it to work right.
