Dolphin Trouble, Moves One Foot

This morning I turned on my dolphin and noticed it didnt seem to move much. I switched the power off and after a few seconds turned it back on. The Dolphin moved approximately 1 foot forward, then reversed itself and moved approx 1 foot back and quit. I removed it from the pool, removed its bag and cleaned the bag and the dolphin. I reversed the handle put it back in the pool with the same result. Please help
