Main drain

We have a Dolphin Diagnostic and it keeps getting stuck on the main drain dome and is wearing the liner in that spot.
Please advise what can be done I know other Brands of Robotic cleaners have a clip to fasten to the bottom to prevent this from happening is there anything we can get for yours?
