my aquabot just stopped running

my Aquabot would not run when i turned it on, then it started to run, then it stopped etc. I'd shake it & it would run for awhile, then both the pump and drive motor stopped.
I checked the voltage it was 35 volts at the junction box. i put the leads right to pump and moter and got no movement. Is it possible that both motors burnt out at the same time
