Yes my dolphin is doing the same thing. Did anybody help you with this?

Thank you for your comment. However, I have tried changing the direction of the handles many times and on both the wide and narrow settings. It does not help. I see that others have this same problem - cleaning mainly in the deep end only - and I am wondering what those others are doing about the problem.
