Dolphin Diagnostic Pool Cleaner

My Dolphin Diagnostic keeps cleaning in the same section of the pool - the deep end. To get it to clean the shallow end I have to pull it by the electrical cord and try to guide it with same. It is a real pain. What can I do to get it to clean all over the pool. I have to run it nearly all day and then when I look at it, I can see only a few of its tracks in the shallow end and a fairly clean deep end. That is, except for the corners. It likes to go up to the surface and down again within about the same area. It doesn't seem to want to change its groove.

I have tried everything and I still can only get the dolphin to clean the deep end. Anyone find a solution? I’m considering a different pool cleaner

Yes my dolphin is doing the same thing. Did anybody help you with this?

Thank you for your comment. However, I have tried changing the direction of the handles many times and on both the wide and narrow settings. It does not help. I see that others have this same problem - cleaning mainly in the deep end only - and I am wondering what those others are doing about the problem.

Hi, change the handle position. The handle must be diagonal across the body so the automatic pool cleaner will tilt at the water's surface
