My new dolphin DX3 does not complete the cleaning cycle

I bought a dolphing DX3, I have used just a 2 times.
The problem is that the robot does not complete the 3 hs cycle.
I works a few time and stop.
So I unplug the cord and start again and it work some minutes and stop.

Can somebody help me???
