no power

Hi, i have an Aqua products .Yesterday ,when i cleaned my pool everything working fine until 3 hours later the
Aqua cleaner shut off (earlier than usual).i turned off power supply and retart it again then the cleaner didnt work (didnt pump water or moving at all)using Multimeter to check the voltage at the power supply 35V.
so, i wonder if my power supply is bad or cleaner motor ia bad.How to check a cleaner motor to make sure it working or not.THANK YOU
