nothing binding

first time this year we were using it. it goes 1 foot forward than 1 foot backwards
nothing binding i took it out of the water turned it up side down and it did the same thing turned forward turned backwards than stopped one last thing the dolphin is 10 years old

I'm having the same problem. When I manually move the rollers they make clicking noises and Seem to be slipping. I've been searching on line to see if the yellow track belts can stretch over time but not seeing anything. Mine is also 10 years old.

You most likely did this but make sure the impeller is not damaged and spinning free
