Power supply 9995671

The robot is currently not working, it's doing nothing.

After disassembling the connector of the power supply that connects to the cable that goes to the robot I see three cables: red, black and brown.

The red cable is not connected. The connector has 4 holes, does the red cable go in the pin "2"? The brown is on "4" and the black one is on GND.

I'm measuring the tension on each pair with the following results:
- brown(-) red(+): 29.1V
- brown(+) black(-): 27.1V
- black(-) red(+): 2V

Are these voltages correct?

Is there a diagram of the power supply somewhere?
