R31 Resistor Value Question

I have a Maytronics Dolphin and it has a burnt out resister on the board. This would be R31 the bands are burnt off due to the fact the board got wet. The impeller will only run for a short time.
What I need is the resistor size can any one help? Thank you ...Jim

Latest info says it is 18 Ohms not 19 Ohms. The color code is brown grey black gold.

R31 is burned out for a different reason than being wet. M3, a Siliconix dual DMOS switch may also be shorted out causing prolonged current in R31. I think the value is 19 Ohms but I cold be wrong as mine has burned out as well. The power required is at least 2W for "normal" operation but if M3 is shorted, even a 20W resistor will fail.
