Issue with D1
by: Arnaud

Hello everybody.

Just repair my neighbor's aquabot.
The AS06080SP Pump was not turning at all.

Opening the pump:
- all power FETS were fine.
- the main IC (U1) is a MC33033DW chipset. Looking at the datasheet and checking the 20 pins, I notice that VCC was not provided.
- The cause was D1 (Diode) which was broken.

Replacing the diode with a standard one (0.5V drop) and the pump is working again...

This diode is not supposed to receive a high current (20 mA MC33033DW VCC current), so I don't have a lot of clues concerning the reason of issue...

Problem with motor board
by: Alessandro

I wanted to ask you if trying the card for a few seconds without immersing it in the oil is normal which immediately becomes very hot, in particular the two large resistances

No information on each transistor
by: Gerard

Hi all
Is there a way to know the place where the different transistors should be installed? Mines haven't got any inscription on it.
