Loc-tite makes a marine epoxy in a dispensing syringe. Would need several. Any brand will do. Need to fill enough to seal around the wire and hold the caps in place.

It was the pump motor....however take a look at the menu on the left- click on Aquabot Parts Repair and go to #8...they give you instructions on the drive motor

The capacitors were from the pump motor. I got them from http://www.newark.com/vishay-bc-components/2222-138-18681/capacitor-alum-elec-680uf-63v/dp/14M6707
