Shallow End

Just opened up my pool and the robotic cleaner that's just a year old will not go into the shallow end to clean?? Does the temp of the water have something to do with that?? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks
ADMIN REPLY: Several items to check. Is the cable twisted and interfering with movement? Are there extra floats on the handle? Has all the air been evacuated from the robot body?
Usually the problem is the robot won't climb OUT of the deep end. This is new!
