Aquabot Pump Motor Capacitor's

Ok....i replaced the caps in the motor and it still will not work ... i can push the prop with my finger and it will start working and then when i put it in the water it slowly stops spinning....i can't figure out if i have the caps wired backwards or if the motor is just wore out...can anybody help me ?
