My dolphin vacuum it doesn't move in the water . Outside is moving please can you help me to fix the problem . I live in Cyprus and I bought the vacuum from USA .

NEED MORE INFO What is moving and what is not?
Check for an obstruction or debris jammed in the tread at the drive gear behind the side plate.
