Dolphin Runs Intermittently.

When I turn it on the green lights come on for a couple of seconds and then goes off. The unit itself runs and pumps for a couple of seconds and then stops. I can turn the rollers by hand and they seem to be all right but the motor isn't running.
The green lights that come on and then go off have been doing that for a few weeks but the Dolphin has been running and cleaning just like always until yesterday.
It is a Dolphin Diagnostic Explorer
Does anyone have any suggestions?
