not moving
by: craig

I have a 5 year old blue diamond. The pump runs but the machine doesn't move. All I hear is a humming noise and nothing moves. I suspect a bad motor?

REPLY: Possible, The drive shaft may be broken too. Here is the Aquabot attempt to fix a jammed motor.
With the machine laying on its back, turn it on and mave the wheels gently back and forth until the motor works freely or 20 seconds elapse.
