My aquabot goes in circles

I have a regular aquabot, and checked the electric with the meter as you instructed.

I changed my drive belts pursuant to your website, the aquabot was moving around the pool great, when all of a sudden it went to the other side of the pool, surfaced to the top and started doing circles. Why would this happen?
