Dolphin M5 Supreme Liberty Charging Problem

I bought a new open box Dolphin Liberty on Craigslist (not even assembled yet) and after charging is completed the Dolphin worked for two cycle only. Now I can't even charge the battery as the power supply status says "No Connection". I've connect/disconnect several times, leave it unplugged from the wall a few times and one time it actually connected and after a couple of hours I get green charge completion status, but the Dolphin will not turn on. Can you help?

I have the same problem with a factory refurbished unit. It is still under warranty but I hate to go through the hassle of sending it back and hope there is a simple solution that I can do myself.
