Moby Stopped, Need Help

My Moby stops after moving for 1 second.
I already measured the voltage this is 27V DC and is ok.

When I open the motor compartment I see a green led blinking.
But nothing happens.

Also the fan is not moving.
I checked the carbon brushes they are ok.

Putting 24V on the motors, lets the motors run smoothly.

No visuable damage inside the motor compartment.

Can you help me finding the cause ?
