4X4 dolphin one set of treads turning.

Having trouble with our 4X4 dolphin one set of driving wheel treads works the other appears to be jammed. This causes the unit it go in a circle. Have not removed outer plate to see if a jam in there. Will do that. Any other ideas. Any repair places in Mid-Atlantic area. VA MD DC.
