Aquabot supreme issues
by: Anonymous

just purchased the supreme in May and hae the following issues. The bottom keeps coming loose from the clips and the GTooth Drive track keeps coming off on one side of the unit. This slows the unit down and reduces efficiency. Unit also stopped today and I turned it off and restarted. It ran okay the. I hope the warrenty works. Sent an EMail to Aquabot. closed over the week end.

update to Drive Motor
by: Anonymous

removed the top of the drive motor to take a look inside.Power was coming into the drive motor but wasn't getting to the rest of the circuit board. After removing a sticker from one of the chips, I see a hole in it. Thats right the chip must have shorted out. My only problem is that I can't read most of the numbers on the chip itself. Looks like it starts with PIC????? but can't be certain. Anyone know where I can get a replacement chip or the whole board?

Pump should be independent.
by: Anonymous

Pump should be independent of the drive motor. I would send it back and ask for a new one.
