Aquabot T4 won't reverse...

Hello Everyone,
We have an older version T4 that will not reverse directions. Belts have been replaced, and it goes very well in one direction, but will just scale the pool wall forever in a single direction...

We replaced the power supply control box, thinking it was a logic board issue, but that changed nothing.

Does anyone have any ideas?
