Hi, many troubleshooting instructions in this site. Generally when the pump does not work it is bad wire ends or bad capacitors in the pump. With the power on, turn the impeller by hand. If the pump runs after manually turning the impeller, then the capacitors are bad.
Several people have posted information about changing the capacitors...just search the site.
