no oil

No oil, the gears are packed with grease. Are you certain power is not reaching the pump? The problem may be the pump.

Does It Contain Oil

Thanks for reply. Do these motors contain oil like the square ones??

A vise, 4 inch channel locks and a rubber strap wrench. The caps come off hard.
Lock into the vise, use the channel locks to loosen a bit then the strap wrench to finish.
