Blue Diamond

The Blue Diamond worked ok for about 1 year. Then it started having problems stopping against a wall and never moving. Over the past 2 years I typically have to send it in for repair about every 2-3 months. It is very frustrating and is not a reliable cleaner. I will not purchase another Blue Diamond.

ADMIN REPLY: Actually, I think the reliability issue may be with the repair shop. It sounds like a drive belt problem. These machines have a pump a motor and the same belt drive system as Aquabot.
I truly believe the machine is not being adequately repaired.

OVER THE PAST 6 YRS I'VE OWNED 2 BLUE DIAMOND AQUABOTS, A 2 STANDARD AQUABOTS AND ONE I PICKED UP AT A YARD SALE(THAT ONE WAS OLDER AND LAST THE LONGEST. THE LAST BLUE DIAMOND I PURCHASED WAS IN MAY 2015, BY TH TIME I USED IT IN 2016, HAD TO REPLACE BELTS ETC. BY SEPT THE MOTOR HAD BURNED OUT AND SUMMER OF 2016 I HAD REPLACED 4 BLOWER FANS. I'M VERY , VERY UNHAPPY WITH MY AQUABOT I'M SORRY I DO NOT LIKE PAYING $500 A YEAR(4 MONTH) ON AN ITEM THAT DOESN'T LAST 2 YRS. DO NOT BUY THEM, WORKS GREAT FIRST 4 MONTHS OR SO, BUT THEY ARE NOT MADE TO LAST AND FOR $1200 NORMAL SELLING PRICE THEY ARE NOT WORTH THE MONEY. CAN ANYONE OUT THERE TELL ME OF A PRODUCT THAT WILL LAST?
