Debris goes into Dolphin, not bag

We took our Dolphin DX3 into the dealer for a new motor. Now it lacks suction and, what debris it does pick up, goes into the assembly and impeller instead of the bag. Intake flaps are working properly and filter bag is installed correctly. Any ideas???

Check the bag installation again, especially the fit. If the bag isnt tight or is installed the wrong way debris will miss the bag. The only other answer would be a broken body.
