Hello, in board Maytronics Diagnostics 2410075LF, what is the manufacturer part number of D2, the one near the two big resistors?

The diode burned and I can not read the print on it, only iB..34..

Ferdinando , try unplugging the power supply for a few minutes and hit the power button to totally disperse any remaining power. Then plug back in and try. If not , you may need a new icb. Look up Aqua robot repair in New Jersey. The guy knows his stuff and has parts. (908) 208-4466 . Great guy btw . Good Luck!

Thanks Anton for quick response, appreciate.
I forgot to mention that I used 18V battery and checked both motors (fan and drive) separately, for a very short time. Both are working fine.
Is the PWM motor driver BTM7710G for both motors?

Hello OZ_Mate,

if the D2 diode is burnt, it means that you had overvoltage there. Anything can be defective.
But almost 100% sure the PWM motor driver BTM7710G:

In the idle state, there must be no voltage on the motor contacts.

from the 2410076LF, which I recorded myself.

Hi, I had exact same problem in board Maytronics Diagnostics 2410075LF Ver 01.
I changed D2 with ESD suppressor / TVS diode 400W 30V 5% bi-directional,TYPE SMAJ30CA with marking YK.

But has not solved the problem. It could be some invisible damages to other parts. My PCB looks OK now.
When power supply is connected, I measure voltage at drive motor and fan motor on PCB pins around 29V. But when connectors are inserted to PCB, Voltage drops to almost zero volt.
I did check this situation before changing D2 and was the same values.
My question to those who experienced burnt D2, did you find any other damaged component which need replacement? if yes, which components?
