Dolphin 4 won't run on automatic

My dolphin cleaner has been running great the last couple of years but I noticed lately it hasn't been on timer daily it works and cleans fine if I turn the on switch off and on but the next day it doesn't run at all unless I repeat the off ,on process again. Any advise or ideas would be greatly appreciated.
