Dolphin Cleaner Won't Work Move. sand in motor box

have power to the circut board but no power to the motors.there is a dry bag in motor box opened and sand is all over everything in motor box circut board and motors don't know if this caused damage?

The bag with moisture absorbing desiccant was a flimsy paper type bag glued around the edges. I mean really!! Dont ya think the moisture is going to loosen the glue and spill that stuff all over. now it is all around the shaft and probably bound up the drive motor and took it out. Design flaw for sure. out of warranty

I have a deluxe 3 purchased 9/08 debrie got stuck on fan fried board can not seen to find one.

Its not sand but Silica Gel to absorb moisture in the motor area.
