Dolphin doesn't move

Dolphin Nautilus CC Plus has worked great until this morning. I put it in the pool and hooked it up as I always do. Turned it on and it began its work.
I came back a couple hours later to see it sitting in one spot. It's receiving a signal as it is blowing water, but won't move.
I've tried turning it off, unpluging the cable from the controller and repluging with no results. I pulled it up and checked the track to insure it wasn't in a bind and it turns freely.
Help me!
