Dolphin leans to one side

I have had my dolphin for quite a few years now, have had to replace a few items on it from time to time, but it still runs well. This year I noticed that it is leaning to one side, and when it runs it picks up and brushes along the bottom on only one side. Seems like the buoyancy is haywire in some fashion, any ideas how to fix this issue?
