Dolphin only starts if I disconnect/reconnect the cable that goes from the power supply to the Dolphin.

I just started up our pool for the season. I took our Dolphin pool cleaner out of the house where it had been stored all winter, plugged it in and nothing happened. I disconnected and then reconnected the cable from the cleaner to the power converter and it started up and ran fine. The blue lights on the power supply stay on all the time.

I'm having the same trouble in that I have to start the Dolphin by unplugging the power supply or disconnecting/reconnecting the cable from the power supply. All the while the blue light stays on on the power supply.
