dolphin supreme m3 not working

Switchmode power supply producing 29v dc ok. Cleaner motor not running. How is the motor sealed against water ingress? Will I need a gasket kit if I open the box? Cleaner worked one day, filters were cleaned, would not work again. This dolphin is 6 months old and has been fantastic up to now.
ADMIN REPLY:This machine should still be covered by a warranty. Do not open the box as that may void the warranty and thereare no user serviceable parts anyway.
Take the machine back.

i don't know how old the dolphin is, but it doesn't work. The power supply works, its getting power to the unit but doesn't do anything. Its a dolphin supreme M3
